2018-2019 STUDENT REGISTRATION
Welcome to the 2018-2019 School year! We look forward to seeing everybody for the school year!
Online registration is now available. We are asking that you register RETURNING STUDENTS online through JMC. If you do not have a username and password, please contact Angie in Aurelia at firstname.lastname@example.org, in Alta either Shawna at email@example.com or Krista at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will assign you a username and password. There is a new feature this year. If you have a password and have forgotten it, you can choose to use the “reset my password” button on the bottom of the login screen. The username is your last name. At the top, make sure that you are logged into the 2018-2019 school year. If you need to fill out a free and reduced lunch application, feel free to come in during registration to do that but please still do the online registration through JMC, so that we have updated parent and emergency contact numbers.
Once you log in, please proceed to "Register for school" on the lower left hand side. Please complete "The start/continue registration" process. Once you have completed that task, make sure to hit the finish button in the upper right hand corner. If you have a 9-12 grader, please continue to "sign forms" which is located directly below "The start/continue registration".

District Medication Policy: a parent or guardian’s permission is required in writing prior to medication being given to a student. This is covered with your signature for OTC meds when you registered your child. We do NOT treat fevers. Please make every effort to give your student’s antibiotics at home, or if 4 times a day then bring in an additional script bottle. With other script meds, a current bottle needs to be brought into school by an adult versus sending it in a backpack for the safety of all students. A form is available for you to complete for each prescription medication. Each building has generic children’s “Tylenol”, adult strength plus generic 200mg tabs of “Ibuprofen”. Besides the nurse, other staff involved in giving meds are the building secretary, certified associates, and occasionally the building principal. The office staff needs to be aware of any inhalers sent with a student which requires a Doctor’s note when they are able to responsibly administer themselves as needed. This includes the ability to keep track of time without an adult’s supervision. The alternative is to have the inhaler located in the Nurse’s or Secretary’s office.
