2019-2020 STUDENT REGISTRATION
We are no longer using payschools for payment processing. JMC has a new payment system. If you have a link to that saved in your bookmarks to payschools, please delete it. It is not recommended to try and complete online registration on a phone. NEW this year!! You may fill out a free/reduced lunch application within JMC. It is called "meals application" located within the registration process. Letters were sent on 7/23/19 informing families if they have been direct certified for free/reduced. If you received this letter, you do not need to fill out a application. If you were certified for reduced and feel you would qualify for free, then you may fill out a application online.
Please make sure that you are logged into 2019-2020 school year.
This year we are asking that you register RETURNING STUDENTS online through JMC. If you do not have a username and password, please contact Angie in Aurelia at firstname.lastname@example.org or Shawna in Alta at email@example.com.
ia.us and we will assign you a username and password. If you need to fill out a free and reduced lunch application, feel free to come in during registration to do that but please still do the online registration through JMC.
Please proceed to "Register for 2019-2020 " on the lower left hand side. Please complete "The start/continue registration" process. It will walk you thru all of your kids. Please make sure to hit the finish button when done. Your information will be sent to the JMC office to be accepted. To deposit lunch money into your family account, you will need to click on "lunch." To pay book rent, you will need to click on "Tuition and Fees". It will be 2 separate transactions but once you put your banking information into JMC, it can be saved for future use. Registration is not considered complete until you have paid all necessary fees.
NEW STUDENTS are required to attend walk-in registration on one of the dates listed below.
Walk-in registration for the 2019-2020 school year will be held on Tuesday, August 6th from 11:00 am - 6:00 pm in Alta at the high school commons and on Wednesday, August 7th from 8:00 am - 6:00 pm in Aurelia. You may register at either location regardless of where your child attends.
Highlights to remember when registering.
1. Preschool tuition is payable online. This will be billed at the beginning of each month.
2. If your child attends PRESCHOOL in either district they do not need to pay book rent.
3 . Notifications: As you review your contact information please make sure that any cell phones have the appropriate Messaging Service boxes checked to receive text/email messages from the school.
4. At the high school we are now asking you to put your students license plate number and cell phone number in.
5. There is now an option to "add a student" when you are registering. Only use this to add a student if they are moving into the district. DO NOT add preschool or Kindergarten students.
6. At this point in time, athletic tickets are not available online. They may be purchased at the High school office or the supt's building in Alta and Aurelia.
Medication at School Form:(Required for anyone who will be taking a prescription medication at school)
Dental Screening Form:(Required for Kdg and 9th grade)
Vision Screening Form:(Required for Kdg and 3rd grade)
Concussion Form:(Required for any athlete in 7-12 sports)
Physical Form:(Required for any athlete in 7-12 sports)
